Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Order Cancellations:

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to lisa@divinedough.com.

  • Cancellations made more than 3 days prior to the scheduled pick-up or delivery date will be refunded in full.

  • Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled pick-up or delivery date are non-refundable.

Custom & Large Event Orders:

  • Due to the preparation and planning involved, custom and large event orders require a minimum of 7 days’ notice for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled pick-up or delivery date are non-refundable.

Rescheduling Orders:

  • If you need to reschedule an order more than 4 days prior to the scheduled pick-up or delivery, the full amount paid may be applied to a new date, subject to bakery availability.

  • If your event date changes within 3 days of your order, we will provide instructions for freezing your items to keep them safe until needed.

  • Payment for rescheduled orders must be made within 24 hours of receiving the updated invoice in order to secure the new date.
