Payment for your order signifies that you agree to the following terms and conditions

Payment

Payment is due in full to secure your order. Orders that have not been paid in full are NOT considered officially placed and will not be fulfilled.

Price Adjustments

We do our best to keep prices fair and consistent. However, since ingredient and supply costs can change, our prices may be adjusted from time to time. Please note that we can’t honor past pricing once an update has been made.

Invoice

After placing your order with me, you will receive an invoice for your order. Invoices need to be paid within 24 hours of the invoice being received. If payment has not been received after 24 hours, your order will be canceled and the date will reopen to the next client in line.

Social Media

I love to share photos of my work! I promise not to post any photos of your special treat online until the day after you have picked it up. Please feel free to tag yourself in the photo of your order.

Allergen Disclaimer

At Divine Dough, all of our baked goods are made in a gluten-free and dairy-free home kitchen under Florida Cottage Food Laws. Please note that our kitchen does also handle nuts, eggs, gluten-free wheat starch, soy, and sesame.

We take great care to keep things clean and safe, but because our kitchen is not a certified allergen-free facility, trace amounts of these ingredients may be present.
