Order Care
Once you accept your order, it becomes your responsibility. For best results, please be aware of the following:
Keep products out of direct sunlight
Do not refrigerate your items unless otherwise noted
When transporting your order, place items on the floor of the car on the flattest surface possible. Drive slowly around corners and allow more time to brake.
Please ask for additional instructions if needed.
Pick-Up Dates
Pick-up/delivery times are set at the time of ordering.
We will not be able to reschedule your order for a different pick-up date once the payment has been received.
If your event date changes, please see the refund policy.
If you are running late, please call or text Lisa at 941-202-2114. Orders that are not picked up within 1 hour of the set pick-up window, and you have not made other arrangements with me, are subject to forfeiture and no refunds will be given.
